Naguib Sawiris, a billionaire from Egypt willing to buy an island from Greece or Italy as home for Middle Eastern refugees. On September 1st, he tweeted that he want to buy an island to host refugee and not hold back on any financing needed to make it a permanent home. He expecting more that the island would be a country with name Hope. If not so, at least temporary until they can return to their countries.
